Where to buy the gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can only be purchased in cash at our Information desk at the main entrance every day (except bank holidays) from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm. You can choose from vouchers worth 5 EUR, 10 EUR, 20 EUR and 50 EUR. Each voucher has an original serial number and is accepted in those Forum Poprad stores that have a sticker in the window with the text “Gift vouchers are valid here”. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
